Description

SLAC is seeking for a supplier of RAD hard (>1.7 Gy/year) vacuum pumps to be used in the upgrade of LCLS to LCLS-II. We require: 1. Turbomolecular vacuum pumps a. ~1300 l/s i. RAD hard with remote controller electronics (and 20m cable) and standard non-RAD hard ii. Attached via 10" Conflat flange iii. Water cooled iv. Primary gas load will be Argon or Nitrogen v. 200-240VAC, 1 phase 2. Roots roughing pumps a. ~130 l/s i. Water cooled ii. RAD hard with relay control or remote electronics (and 20m cable) iii. 200-220VAC, 3 phase b. ~80 l/s i. Water cooled ii. 200-220VAC, 3 phase c. ~16 l/s i. Air cooled ii. 200-220VAC, 3 phase THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE.
