- 17 CONS/PKA 210 Sherz Blvd Goodfellow AFB, TX 76908-4705 Title: Paint East Water Tower Solicitation Number: FA3030-17-R-0007 Classification Code: Z2NE Description Contractor shall furnish all necessary plant, labor, supervision, quality control, personnel, equipment, tools, materials, and other incidental equipment or services necessary for providing all work shown on the drawings and the statement of work, and all applicable codes, regulations, standards and criteria in effect at the date of solicitation. Work will consist of painting the interior and exterior of the water tower as well as replacing the cathodic protection anode system. Contractor will also replace interior ladder with fall protection slider. The NAICS associated with this requirement is 238320, and the small business size standard is $15 M. The anticipated performance period is 210 calendar days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. The magnitude of this project, in accordance with FAR 36.204(c) is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. This acquisition is set aside 100% for Small Business. Any interested party may submit a proposal which will be considered. The estimated posting date for the Request for Proposal will be on or about 06 July 2017 and a closing date 30 days after posting. The exact dates will be included in the RFP when posted to FBO. A site visit will be scheduled on or about 18 July 2017. The Government reserves the right to cancel this requirement, either before or after the closing date.
