- Proposal Intent Invoice Instructions SF1449 Attachment 4 - Additional Business Proposal Attachment 3 - QASP Attachment 2 SOW Combined Synopsis & Solicitation for Animal Genotyping Services for the NIEHS The Government intends to award to a single Contractor a Five (5) Year IDIQ type contract with firm fixed price per assay task orders. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, shipping, supervision, expertise and other resources necessary to provide Genotype Testing Services and Working Developed Assay as required by the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences, Office of Acquisitions. The Period of Performance is anticipated to be five (5) years. The maximum dollar amount that may potentially be awarded over the five (5) year duration of the contract is $8,260,000.
