Description
RFI Form Note: This questionnaire/survey is for obtaining information only. Companies are encouraged to provide responses to this questionnaire but are advised that their participation is voluntary only. Contractors responding to this Request for Information (RFI) are placed on notice that participation in this survey does not ensure participation in future solicitations or contract awards. The government will not reimburse participants for any expenses associated with their participation in this survey. The F-15SA Fleet Modernization Program (FMP) encompassed in this RFI includes the production, delivery, installation and on-site commissioning of two (2) new F110-GE-129C/E afterburning turbofan jet engine Intermediate Level Test Systems for testing and maintenance of uninstalled jet engines in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, installation and maintenance spares packages, associated support equipment and systems, and technical data documentation. An Outdoor Test Cell will be located at King Faisal Air Base (KFAB). An Outdoor Test Cell or an Indoor Test Cell will be located at Prince Sultan Air Base (PSAB). The F‑15SA aircraft contain proprietary subsystems, therefore, vendors must be able to meet Joint Air Force-Army-Navy (JAFAN) Manuals security requirements associated with these systems to include facility and personnel, as well as all required Trade Agreement Act (TAA) and export licensing requirements. E-mail response only will be accepted. Responses shall not exceed 20 pages in length and will only be accepted in Microsoft Word or PDF format. Responses must be received no later than 1700 Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) on 8 September 2015.
