Small Business Set-Aside: Total Small Business
Description: The contractor will furnish all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to supply, transport and deliver various types of rock, stone, and clay to Carlyle Lake, Carlyle, Illinois, and the Kaskaskia River Project in Modoc, Illinois. This will be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside, competitive procurement, resulting in an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract. The contract duration will be for one (1) base year period and four (4) optional one year periods. The estimated cost range of the project is between $400,000.00 and $1,600,000.00. The NAICS code for this requirement is 212319. The solicitation package will be issued on or about 1 July 2015. The Government will not provide paper copies of the solicitation. The solicitation package will be posted on FedBizOpps, which can be accessed at www.fedbizopps.gov/. For changes to the issue date or any other changes to the information in this synopsis, potential offerors are responsible for check the posting on FedBizOpps. Telephone, written, facsimile, or e-mail requests for the solicitation package will not be honored.
