- THIS PROJECT IS SOLICITED UNDER THE DB/DBB MULTIPLE AWARD CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT (MACC) FOR GENERAL CONSTRUCTION IN NAVFAC MID-ATLANTICS ENTIRE AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY, NORTH CAROLINA TO MAINE, INCLUDING WEST VIRGINIA. ONLY MACC CONTRACTORS LISTED ON THE GENERAL REQUIREMENTS COVER PAGE MAY PROPOSE. SEE THE GENERAL REQUIREMENTS ATTACHMENT FOR THE DESCRIPTION OF WORK. A sources sought notice was posted on 26 March 2015 under solicitation N40085-15-R-0060 to determine availability and capability of small businesses to perform the requirement. Based on market research results, the procurement will be solicited as an unrestricted procurement under this MACC. NAVFAC Mid-Atlantics Office of Small Business Programs concurs with the determination to solicit as an unrestricted procurement.
