- This is a pre-solicitation notice only. The solicitation details (including the technical requirements) will NOT be available until the official solicitation is posted. DLA-Aviation Richmond intends to issue an unrestricted solicitation to procure one (1) CNC Electric Tubing and Pipe Bender. The project will include tooling, installation, training, IUID, shipping and Technical manuals. The estimated release date of the Solicitation will be on or about November 6, 2014 with the anticipated closing date of November 24, 2014. The award will be made as a firm fixed-price contract. The Performance period is 225 calendar days after receipt of order. FOB: Destination, Inspection at Origin and Acceptance at Destination. Solicitation will be available via the DLA "DIBBS" at: https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP to obtain a copy of the solicitation. Choose the RFP you wish to download. Solicitations are in portable document format (PDF). To download and view these documents you will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. This Software is available free at http://www.adobe.com. A paper copy of this Solicitation will not be available to requestors. This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction.
