The Department of Veterans Affairs, James A. Haley Veterans Hospital, Tampa, FL is conducting market research through this sources sought notice to seek sources that can provide Gambro Hemofiltration sets part number 114156 or equal that can work with Gambro Congestive Heart Failure Solutions (CHFS) machine. Gambro Hemofiltration set or an equal model that meets salient characteristics. Salient Characteristics: "Molecular weight cutoff 65,000 daltons "Membrane surface area 0.12 m2 "Priming volume 7.0 mL "Albumin rejection > 98% (at maximum ultrafiltration rate) "Hollow fiber filter "1 liter collection bag "Infusion line "Withdrawal line "Waste line "Sterile "Disposable "Cartridge clips THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE. This is a sources sought notice only and is used for market research purposes only. This is not a solicitation and does not obligate the Government to issue a solicitation. Interested vendors shall submit information demonstrating their capability to provide this equipment at no cost or obligation to the Government. Please submit all responses no later than Wednesday November 12, 2014 at 10:00 AM EST. Information will only be accepted in writing by e-mail.
