- Description
- The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility requires the cleaning and boiling with trisodium phosphate (TSP) of Sanitary Tank No. 2 aboard a Navy Vessel located at the Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility. The Government intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price contract for this requirement. The ship is scheduled to be available 14 October 2014 to 29 October 2014. The period of performance is estimated to be 29 Sept 2014 to 29 January 2015 (includes 90 days of rental/inspection period). This procurement is 100 percent set-aside for small business concerns. The North American Industry Classifications System Code and the small business standard for this procurement is 336611 and 1,000 employees respectively. Detailed specifications and requirement information will be included in the Request for Quote (RFQ) or Solicitation Number N32253-14-T-0044. The solicitation is scheduled to be posted in the Federal Business Opportunities website on or about 15 September 2014. The Department of Defense requires all contractors to register in the SAM database to receive any contract award or payment. The SAM website is http://www.sam.gov.
