- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W66QKZ40581630 and is issued as an invitation for bids (IFB), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-75. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561730 with a small business size standard of $6.5 Million. This requirement is a total small business set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit bids. The intent of this solicitation is to obtain a firm-fixed price service contract for brush clearing/thinning of fifty (50) acres of mixed conifer and hardwood stands located in the vicinity of Lost Creek Lake, approximately 30 miles from Medford, Oregon in Northeast corner of Jackson County. Responses to this SOLICITATION MUST include the following information: 1. Firm's name, address, DUNS number, point of contact to include phone number and email address. 2. Quote: Please quote each area of Lost Creek Lake separately: A. Medco A, 23 Acres B. Four Corners 2 Acres C. Spillway Fishing Access 7 Acres D. Takelma Boat Ramp 4 Acres E. Catfish Cove 4 Acres F. Evergreen 5 Acres G. Peyton Bridge Trailhead 4 Acres H. Lewis Road Trailhead 3 Acres 3. Firm's capability to perform a contract of this magnitude and complexity, include comparable work performed (a minimum of three (3) examples). a. Brief description of the project, b. customer name, c. timeliness of performance, d. customer satisfaction, e. dollar value of the project This solicitation requires registration with the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award, pursuant to applicable regulations and guidelines. EFFECTIVE JAN 2005, all offerors are required to use Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) to respond to federal solicitations. To register in ORCA, please go to www.bpn.gov/orca. You must be active in the Central Contractor Registration (www.ccr.gov) and have a Marketing Partner Identification Number (MPIN), to register in ORCA. Failure to register in ORCA may preclude an award being made to your company.
