Description: Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b)(1), the U.S. Army, MEDCOM, Western Regional Contracting Office(WRCO), Lacey, WA, intends to issue a sole source award to Ortho-Clinical Diagnostics a Johnson & Johnson Company, in the estimated amount of $45,750.00 for a Base + 2 one-year options contract, for maintenance and repair services. Ortho-Clinical Diagnostics a Johnson & Johnson Company has the proprietary rights as the OEM for all software, service, and maintenance for the Government Owned Equipment located at Madigan Army Medical Center at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, WA. This notice is not a request for quote and no solicitation will be issued. Any firm that believes it can provide the stated supplies/equipment, or services can submit by email supporting documents demonstrating their products capability. Responses received will be used for future acquisitions.
