- NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The Office of Procurement, Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA), 633 Indiana Avenue, NW, Suite 880, Washington, DC 20004 intends to award a sole source, firm fixed price purchase order under the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1 to TECHEXCEL INC., 3675 Mt. Diablo Boulevard, Suite 200, Lafayette, CA 94549. The sole source purchase order is obtain annual maintenance service for existing ServiceWise (Help Desk) software, to include renewal of licenses/modules, product upgrades and technical support during the performance period. The purchase order will be for a base period and three (3) option years, if exercised by the Government. This notice is not a request for quotes and no solicitation will be issued. Any firm that believes it can provide the stated requirement can submit supporting documents demonstrating their capability. Any responses to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. All questions and concerns should be submitted via email to marie.gilliam@csosa.gov, no later than 4:00 PM, EST, March 20, 2014. No telephone or facsimile requests will be accepted. The NAICS code for this requirement is 541519 and business size standard is $25.5K; this procurement will be prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
