- Brand Name Letter Open Competition - Combined synopsis/solicitation - FA9300-13-R-5004. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation for this requirement. This is a request for proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-66 and DFARs Change Notice (DCN) 20130522. Federal Supply Class/Service (FSC) code is 7025. NAICS is 334118 and the size standard is 1,000 employees. This acquisition is a 100% Small Business set-aside. AFTC/PZR Contracting Division, Edwards Air Force Base, CA is seeking to purchase the following Brand Name (see attached Brand Name Letter) commodity: Line 1: CA ARCserve Backup R16 Windows Essential File Server Module - Maintenance Renewal (1 YR) Part No.: GMRCAABFW10W0GG (Quantity, 14 ea) Line 2: CA ARCserve Backup R16 for Windows Agent for Virtual Machines - Enterprise Maintenance Renewal (1 YR) - 1 Server Part No.: GMRBABWB10W80GG (Quantity, 8 ea) Line 3: CA ARCserve Backup R16 for Windows Essentials File Server Module with D2D - Enterprise Maintenance Renewal (1 YR) - 1 Server Part No.: GMRCARMEBW10WGG (Quantity, 3 ea) Interested parties who believe they can meet all the requirements for the items described in this synopsis are invited to submit in writing a complete quote including delivery FOB destination (Edwards AFB, CA 93524).
