Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The purpose of this announcement is to inform vendors of the 409th CSB's intent to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs). The BPA is to fill requirements for commercial appliance parts/supplies as designated in each Call against the master BPA. The BPA will be unrestricted open competition with a five year agreement period, approximately 10 June 2013-09 June 2018. See the attachment for a current listing of the appliance to be supported with parts/supplies. This opportunity is open to all businesses and new vendors may be awarded a BPA at any time as identified as a valid source. To be considered for a BPA award, all interested parties must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/SAM. Interested parties are requested to provide their CAGE number for verification of inclusion in SAM which now hosts the Government's Central Contractor Registry. To be awarded a BPA interested parties must be able to accept Government wide Purchase Cards (GPC) and be able to accept orders by phone, fax, and email. The government reserves the right to issue as many BPA(s) as deemed necessary. The BPA shall not exceed $5,000,000.00 and no call under any BPA shall exceed $150,000.00. Establishment of a BPA does not obligate the government to make a purchase.
