Description: The Government would like to clarify the bid bond requirement for subject soliciation. Bid Bonds should be submitted IAW solicitation provision H-903. This provision states that bid bonds shall be 20% of the estimated value for each year of the contract, and the estimated yearly amount is $3.15 million. Therefore bid bonds shall be in the amount of $630,000. This is for clarification purposes only, this is NOT an RFP amendment.
