Description

The West Texas VA Health Care System (WTVAHCS), located at 300 Veterans Blvd., Big Spring, TX 79720, is in need of a full service agreement for two (2) Fuji CR Systems. Preventive and corrective maintenance for the equipment may include general inspection, component adjustment, repair, and troubleshooting. The equipment to be covered under this contract are: 1.Fuji CR CR XG-5000, serial# 57122466 2005 2.Fuji CR CR Smart CR XG-1, serial# 17121792B The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 811219, Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance. Any firms who wish to identify their interest and capability to provide the above listed services must provide written noticed to the Contract Specialist no later than 4:00 P.M. Easter Standard Time, 03/25/2013. Such notification must include any documentation which shall contain certifications and descriptions of how the firm will meet or exceed the Government's needs. Notification shall be e-mailed or faxed to Jessica Roman, Contract Specialist, jessica.roman@va.gov, fax: 432-517-4586. Upon receipt of any such notification, the Contracting Officer will determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement or proceed with a sole source negotiation. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete this proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS OR QUOTES. DISCLAIMER This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation. All information received in response to this RFI that is marked as proprietary will be handled accordingly. In accordance with FAR 15.201(e), responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this RFI.
