- The National Cemetery Administration is soliciting offers under Solicitation No. VA-786-13-4-0029 for the following service: To provide security at Memphis National Cemetery, 3568 Townes Avenue, Memphis, TN 38122 for weekends, holidays and weekdays. 1.Contractor shall be required to supply all materials, transportation, and labor to fulfill Security Service requirements for unarmed security guard. Guard services shall be needed for Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday Fridays, Saturday, Sunday and Federal Holidays. Schedule shall be 52 weeks per year. This contract shall be for 12 months with four (4) option periods.
