- Synopsis- The Mission & Installation Contracting Command, Directorate of Contracting, Fort Bliss, Texas intends to issue a solicitation for a fixed priced contract for delivery of a gas turbine generator set. The applicable North American Industrial Classification System Code (NAICS) code is 333611, Turbine and Turbine Generator Set Units with a size standard of 1,000 Employees. This acquisition will be a competitive 100% Total Small Business set-aside. The Government anticipates a contract delivery date of 30 Days after Receipt of Order. The Government anticipates release of the solicitation on or about 23 August 2012, with a projected closing date of 13 September 2012. This solicitation and all amendments will be issued through Fed Bid http://www.fedbid.com and Federal Business Opportunities Website (FedBizOpps) at https://www.fbo.gov/. Offerors are required to check the above websites daily to be notified of any changes to this solicitation. These are projected dates and are subject to change. Hard/paper copies of the solicitation will not be provided. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring Fed Bid and the FedBizOpps website to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition.
