Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation is attached. This solicitation is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). This solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-58. The NAICS code is 423110. The following commercial items are requested: CLIN 0001: Micro Bus, 16 passengers, 4X2, right hand drive and air conditioner, other optional accessories specified in the Government Specification for Item 0001 and manufacturer ™s standard accessories. Quantity: 5 Delivery to: Four (4) each to U. S. Army Garrison Zama City, Japan and One to U. S. Army Garrison Kure City Japan. The contract requirements for the requested items are outlined in Attachment 1. This solicitation is intended for local sources ONLY. Local sources are those persons or entities normally residing in and licensed to conduct business in Japan. Offers from non-local sources will not be considered under this solicitation.
