Description

The Defense Logistics Agency, DLA Aviation at Warner Robins, will issue a noncompetitive firm-fixed price acquisition to Moog Inc, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other suppliers or services will satisfy agency requirements. Items will be added to existing ID/IQ contract SPM4AX-07-D-9412 (Cage 94697). The acquisition is for the purchase of the following 2 NSNs: Up to 127 ea Bell Crank, NSN 3040-01-228-3596UC p/n: 176035-100 applicable to C-5 aircraft. Up to 60 ea Bearing, Plain, Rod, NSN 3120-01-224-3914UC p/n: 176205-100 applicable to C-5 aircraft. Requirement includes Basic period with options for both NSNs. The required delivery schedule is 120 days after receipt of order. No paper copies will be mailed. The Government does not have data rights, or manufacturing knowledge to permit acquisition from other sources. All potential offerors should contact the buyer identified above for additional information and to communicate concerns, if any concerning this acquisition. Terms are FOB Origin, Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. See NOTE 22.
