- Description
- The Bureau of Public Debt, on behalf of the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) intends to award an Order to Catalyst Inc for Online membership on a sole source basis, under authority of FAR 6.302-1. Catalyst Inc. is the only provider of the above Catalyst Online membership. Catalyst Online benefits are as follows: : Tools: Resources to assist organizations in building measuring, and sustaining successful diversity and inclusion initiatives. Examples include The Catalyst Guide to Employee Resource Groups and Talent Management Evaluation Tookit Assessing: Assessing Systems for gender Biases. The Catalyst Member Activities Planner: The Catalyst MAP, enables you to keep track of important dates through the year, giving change agents the opportunity to provide diversity and inclusion insights to their workplace. Diversity & Inclusion Practices: These detailed descriptions serve as role models of effective organizational initiatives that advance wormen into leadership roles. Making Change: The "How to" publication series, designated to diversity and inclusion practitioners, range from topics such as work-life effectiveness, LGBT inclusion, diversity scorecards, to creating a business case to name a few. Information Center: Access to IC's premier collection of informaiton on women and work as well as the guidance of professional librarians. Free participation in Catalyst Member Benchmarking Access to Catalyst seminal research, covering topics such as Women in Leadership, Organizational Change and Effectiveness, Women of Color/Visible Minorities and Metrics. Access to Catalyst Quick Takes, Compiled by the Information Center, Quick Takes are thorough, well-sourced summaries of the status of women's leadership in more than 50 categories. Access to well-known Catalyst graphics, including Industry Pyramids, for use in dynamic and compelling presentations No solicitation package will be issued. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, the Government will consider responses received by January 20, 2012 by 12:00pm ET. Responses shall be submitted to PSB3@bpd.treas.gov, Attention M. Bowden/G. Huffman. A determination by the Government to not compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
