Description
The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania that will be expiring. The Government requires office and related space yielding a minimum of 11,830 ANSI/BOMA office area (ABOA) square feet. M inimum ABOA square feet: 11,830 Maximum ABOA square feet: 12,000 The lease term requirement is for approximately two (2) years and ten (10) months. The space must be available for occupancy by December 1, 2011. The delineated area is located in Monroeville, Pennsylvania: North: William Penn Highway (BUS22) South: Chestnut Street (130) East: Pitcairn Road West: L arimer Ave. Other applicable requirements include the following features: Proximity to public transportation Proposed building is void of any Bank or Financial services tenant Security The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through replication, such as physical move costs, replication tenant improvement and telecommunications Infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
