- Solicitation This is for information purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation on the part of the Government. Military Sealift Fleet Support Command (MSFSC) intends to contract for a Horizontal Steel Shot Blast Cleaning Machine with a Dust Collector and various accessories, and desires to purchase a Blastrac Model 500E or equal. The unit must have salient characteristics equivalent to the following: Power: 400 - 440 - 480 V, 50-60 Hz, 32A Work Speed: 3.5 - 49 ft/min Blasting Capacity: Up to 215-538 ft²/h on steel up to SA 2,5 Blasting Width: 19.5" Dimensions (L, W, H): 69" x 29.5" x 65" Wheel Power: 25 HP Weight: 1433 lb This requirement will be awarded under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures as set forth FAR Part 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items.
