- PLEASE ACKNOWLEDGE AMENDMENT 1 & 2 IN PROPOSAL This is to clarify the product/solution and application rate needed for the Dust Control requirement for Fort Carson and Pinon Canyon The product that is required for this dust suppressant application is a 30% MgCl solution, such as Durblend or any similar dust suppressant product that has the same MgCl ratio, applied at a reduced rate of 0.25 gallons per square yard.
