- RETURN PACKET REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS DURFEE FIRE SEED LOCATIONS WAGE DETERMINATION DURFEE FIRE SEED AREA MAP The USDA Forest Service, Apache-Sitgreaves National Forests, Springerville, Arizona, has a requirement for Aerial Application of Grass Seed in the Durfee burn area. The Government anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed-Price contract under the Request For Quotations (RFQ) format. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The Small Business size standard is $4.5 Million under NAICS code 541370. The solicitation packages, plans, and specifications will be made available on or after August 16, 2010, and will be posted at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. In order to be eligible for award of a Federal contract, Contractors shall be registered in Federal Vendor Databases (CCR / ORCA) and have DUNS / FEIN (TIN) numbers at time of award. No Telephone requests for solicitation packages will be accepted. RFQ packages may be requested in writing by FAX to: (928) 333-5966, Attn: Margaret Cisco. The Closing Date for Offers shall be August 31, 2010, 3:00 pm Mountain Standard Time.
