Description

This acquisition, for Defense Information Systems Agency, is for the procurement of Radiant Logic license upgrades and maintenance. The proposed contract action is for a firm fixed priced contract for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source pursuant to the authority of the test program for commercial items (section 4202 of the Clinger-Cohen Act of 1996). A list of contract line item number(s) and items, quantities and units of measure follow: Item Nbr Product Description Unit 0001 RadiantOne Identity Correlation & Synchronization Server (ICS) (8) 0002 Annual Maintenance and Support ( 24 x 7 x 365 ) 0003 RadiantOne Professional Services (12 days) Interested firms may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement by submitting clear evidence of their capability to provide/perform. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. All responses must be received within 5 days of publication of this synopsis to be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
