- RECOVERY ACT - THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER CONTRACT NO. SBAHQ-09-M-0178. THIS ACTION WAS COMPETITIVELY AWARDED AMONGST SMALL BUSINESS CONTRACTORS. The Contractor shall provide the following A/V equipment: 1) Video Mixer Computer- to facilitate the control and special effects transition of two existing digital video cameras. The video mixer computer must be able to accept the digital IEEE1394 signal output from each camera and process the signal in a digital video format. The video mixer computer must me capable of switching video input signals from multiple digital devices with images and titles over video with alpha channel support, color processing capabilities, picture-in-picture, and other graphic switching patterns capabilities in professional video quality without the use of analog cables or adaptors. CPU must include a 3year direct replacement warranty. 2) The Video Mixing Software - must allow for real-time live processing of the DV video mixing with preview capability of all sources and the program output on a single graphic display monitor. The system must be able to output DV video format and capture to DVAVI. The graphic interface must provide user friendly control mixing by mixing preview image windows, using display control panel or shortcuts. The software must support DV camcorder inputs utilizing PAL/NTSC, 4:3 or 16:9 aspect ratio, and firewire IEEE1394 connections. The software should support 2D transitions, 40 transition fades / wipe effects, and transition usage with graphic control bar or Auto control. 3) Video Field Recorder - features a shock-resistant floating HDD, two channels of additional audio inputs, multiple power supply options, remote control via LAN, on-site review of clips, unlimited file size, and a number of additional innovative functions will streamline your recording and post-production activities. Input (Front Panel) iLink: 6-pin type conforms to IEEE1394, USB A Type, USB mini B Type, and (Right Side Panel) Display Output: 15-pin mini D-sub Type, Audio input (Ch3&4) 3-pin XLR Type. 4) Audio Mixer – rack mountable audio mixer with Ultra Low-Noise Design 12-Input Mic/Line Rack Mixer with Premium Mic Preamplifiers and 24-Bit Multi-FX Processor, switchable +48 V phantom power for condenser microphones and offers 2-band EQing with Clip LED for each channel. 5) Boom Microphones - Lightweight shotgun specifically designed for professional applications within the film, video, television, voice-over, production, and ENG industries. Must include shock mount option. 6) Boom Stand – 17” HEX-BASE Studio Boom distributes weight 180 degrees, removable casters, telescoping shaft, 3 shafts with 82” maximum height, and 7lb. sliding counterweight. 7) Rolling Rack Case - features a deep design (14U+) which allows for deeper analog and digital mixers, allows for rack gear to be mounted on the 6U front rack rails and additional rack gear mounted on optional 6U rear rack rails for a total of 12 rack units on the bottom. The cover is designed to be used as a stand and places the mixer at proper mixing height when it is open and in use or the cover can be removed for a lower workstation making it versatile for audio and AV applications. The cover will fit over installed XLR cable connectors (top or rear mounted). 8) Proposal must include all cables, associated peripheral, in-house delivery, and installation setup to provide a turnkey digital video production system.
