- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. A quote is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. A single award will be made from this ammouncemnt. Solicitation number F1BERE9125AC01 is hereby issued as a FOB Destination Request for Quote. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-32. This acquisition is classified under North American Industry Classification System code 611420. A Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order will be issued in writing. Performance of period and price will be of equal importance when determining the best value for the Government. This is a 100% small business set-aside. Altus AFB, Oklahoma has a requirement for A+ training and certification to include: Comp TIA A+ vouchers, Mike Myers A+ books, meansure up preassessents and unlimited practice exams for 36 students. Vendor will provide students (no more than 12 per class) with 5 day hands-on A+ certification training. (Three 5 day sessions for a total of 36 students is requested) Instructor will be a Microsoft Certified Technician or a Certified Technical Trainer. Vendor will provide pre-assessments and practice exams to all students. Vendor will provide certification testing. Students that fail the exam for the above certification must be provided a refresher class at no additional charge. Vendor is responsible for all costs associated with traveling to Altus AFB and providing the training. “Pass guarantee” needs to be good for up to 3 months from the completion date of training. Vendor will provide Textbooks (Mike Myers A+ books) for each student to keep. All students must receive a Certificate of Completion. Training will be accomplished at Altus AFB provided facilities.
