- THE CORPUS CHRITST ARMY DEPOT HAS A REQUIREMENT TO ACQUIRE SEVERAL INSTRUMENTS FOR THE ENGINE TEST CELL LOCATED AT THE CORPUS CHRISTI ARMY DEPOT. Due to properitary data, the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Daytronic Coporation, Dayton, OH, under the authority of 10 USC 3204(1) as sited FAR 6.302-1. Only one responsible source and not other supplies or servies will satisfy the Agency requirements. RFQ number W912NW-09-T-0036 will be issued on or about 23 Feb 2009, closing date of 13 March 2009. Interested person may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotes. This RFQ is not a request for competitive quotes; however, all quotes received by the closing date will be considered by the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This determination is solely within the discretion of the Government. No telephone requests. Send all requests for solicitation package to angie.prado@us.army.mil. Request must include company name, address, POC name, telephone number, fax number, CAGE Code, TAX ID number, business size, county, and DUNS number. Note 22 apply.
