The base period of performance is expected to be from November 3, 2008 through November 2, 2009. The intent of this notice is to determine if any other source(s) exist; and, therefore, no solicitation (RFQ) is available. Consequently, any response failing to demonstrate the contractor's ability to provide instrument maintenance and instead choosing merely to submit a routine letter requesting a copy of the RFQ will be ignored. The information received in response to this notice will be considered solely for determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Interested parties may submit written qualification statements, fully explaining their capability, no later than 10 days after the date of this publication. Submit your response to the U.S. EPA, Attn: Barbara L. Mattison (MC E105-02), 109 T.W.
