Description
NSN 1650-00-780-6955, PR IQC07207009022, SPM4A7-07-R-1557. This item is a Piston, Linear Actuating Cylinder. Boeing Helicopters, CAGE: 77272. Drawing 114H4910 DWG Rev ?L? Dtd 18 Mar 70 and Drawing 114H5628 Rev ?B?. P/N 114h4910-7. Approved Source: Olympic Tool, CAGE: 56811. First Article / Reproduction Approval Required by Government Testing. Sample size 2 each. Production Lot Testing Required ? Government. This is a Critical Safety Item (CSI). This is a Critical Application Item (CAI). This solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). FOB is at Destination, with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. The required delivery is a total of 630 days ARO, including First Article Test and Production Lot Testing. The DLA Direct shipment locations are within CONUS, Susquehanna, PA and San Joaquin, CA. Pricing will be based on the Estimated Annual Quantity. The Guaranteed Minimum Quantity of 66 is for the Base Year Only. The Maximum Contract Quantity is 528. The Estimated Annual Quantity is 264. This is solicited on an unrestricted basis, other than full & Open Competition. This is not a commercial item. Progress payments are not included. The solicitation issue date is August 27, 2007. The closing date is September 27, 2007. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
