- Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Brown v Board of Education National Historic Site, Topeka, Kansas. Inspect all exterior window frames and casements for rust formation and chipping and provide all supplies, materials, equipment and labor to remove surface rust and treat with a rust converter, primed and painted. Estimated cost range: Below $25,000. NAICS code is 238320. An award will be made in accordance with Public Law 100-656, Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program and set-aside for Emerging Small Business, 8(a), HUBZone or Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business with experience in historic restoration.
