- Solicitation documents are not available. This proposed contract action is for procurement of a 2-month extension of existing contract FA8601-05-D-0004 for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302-1. The proposed source is p.r.n. Medical Transcription Services of Dayton, OH. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, all quotations/responses received within one (1) day of the issuance of this notice will be considered by the Government. Information received will normally be considered soley for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement.
