- Description
- The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items and services necessary to perform Grease Grap Cleaning along with manifesting of the collected grease for seven (7) grease traps at Dyess AFB, TX. All of the services, management, tools, supplies, equipment and recurring inspections will be in accordance with standard commercial practices and manufacturer?s specifications. The Contractor is required to develop quality control procedures for the performance of services and inspections. Duration of contract is a base year (01 Oct 06 - 30 Sep 07) with four one-year option periods. The option years will be evaluated at the time of award. The North American Industry Classification Code is 562219. The small business size standard for this procurment is $10.0 million. This is 100% set aside for small business. The solicitation, notice and all amendments will be posted and available for viewing and downloading on the Government Electronic Posting System (EPS) site at www.eps.gov. No paper copies will be issued. No telephone, facsimile, or written requests will be accepted. When the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. All prospective offerors interested in submitting a proposal must have Central Contractors Registration (CCR) at www.ccr2000.com. Recent, current and relevant Past/Present Performance Information must be submitted to 7th Contracting Squadron, 381 3rd Street, Dyess AFB, TX 79607-1581 on 08 Sep 06 at 2:00pm CST, Attn: Mr. Clem Schram. This solicitation will be issued on or about 09 Aug 06. A site visit is tentatively scheduled for 22 Aug 06, at 9:00am. The cut off for receipt of proposals shall be no later than 2:00pm CST on 08 Sep 06.
