- The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other that full and open competion basis the following: 1) Ultima APX High Speed Video System with 8GB memory module and 4 Channel Multi Channel Data Link (Quantity - 1 each). This requirement is sole sourced to Itronx Imagining Tech, Inc. due to unique capability and being able to switch camera heads (monochrome and color camera) with the processor. Any firms believing that they can provide this material may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, clearly showing it's ability to do so without compromising the quality, accuracy, and reliability of the data or without causing programmatic hardship to the program.
