The purpose of this amendment is to post responses to questions: All other terms and conditions remain the same. Solicitation SB1341-05-Q-0906 Response to Questions Received As of August 12, 2005 1. Question 1. The NAICS code is for manufactured equipment, who can bid? Ans. NIST will accept proposals/bids from anyone who can provide the required equipment. This is an equipment purchase only. 2. Question 2. In regards to the Two (2) copies of most recently published price lists- Does this mean NIST will only purchase from GSA schedule holders? Ans. As for the published price lists, the commercially available price listings for the items proposed are acceptable. We are not requiring a GSA schedule to submit a bid/proposal on this solicitation. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (12-AUG-2005); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
