- Non-Personal services of Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO) and Healthcare Safety Support at Brooke Army Medical Center (BAMC) facilities, Fort Sam Houston, TX. Furnish all necessary labor, supervision, personnel, and transportation necessary to complete the required tasks to include conducting Semi-annual JCAHO assessments in patient care areas, Training and Education. Responsible for the preparation, updating, and reviewing the Hazardous Material Hazardous Waste Management Plan for JCAHO's Environment of Care, Respond to hte myriad of complaints/concerns by the staff in the area of JCAHO and Safety, Conduct quarterly 3rd shift fire drills of all 24 hour patient care operaitons and document the results, and Maintai nn the JCAHO assessment schedule to include annual, semi-annual, and quarterly requirements. Period of Performance is 1 Oct 04 to 30 Sep 05 with four one year option periods. SEE FEDBIZOPPS NUMBER NOTE 1.
