Description

This is a notice that the Government intends to award a contract to Command and Control Environment, 213 W. Hudgins Street, Grapevine, TX 76051 for custom made consoles that are specially manufactured for use in equipment control environments. The c onsoles are equipped with swinging mounting racks for flat panels and testing equipment. Command and Control Environment has proprietary rights on the design of the consoles and is the only known source that can meet our requirement. Other than full and open competition will be used under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirement. This notice is not a request for quotations. No solicitation or RFQ will be forthcoming. Int erested parties must respond by COB 23 Jun 2004. See note 22.
