Description: NA This is a request for quote (RFQ), for Herbicide Application for U. S. Army Corps of Engineers, Louisville District, KY. Services to be performed at Salamonie Lake, 1004 S. Salamonie Dam Road, Lagro, Indiana, Mississinewa Lake, 5613 E. Mississinewa Dam Rd , Peru, Indiana, and JE Roush Lake, 735 N. Warren Rd, Huntington, IN. Site visits can be arranged by calling Jim Duguid (Salamonie) at 260 782-2358, Scot Dahms (Mississinewa) at 765 473-5946, and Tom Harvey (JE Roush) at 260 356-8648. NOTE: This procur ement is 100% set-aside for Small Business, NAICS 561730 ($6 million). Award of this procurement will be based upon Best Value to the Government. Factors to be considered are past performance, prior experience, price, and proof of Valid Indiana Commercia l Pesticide Applicators License. This RFQ contains an option clause to extend the contract for two (2) additional one - year periods. Three separate awards will be made from this solicitation, one award for each locaction. This RFQ has an approximate i ssue date of 10 March 2003 and a due date of 31 March 2003 at 4:30 PM local time.
