Description
The Government intends to purchase the following utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The solicitation number is M00681-02-T-0151 which is attached to this notice. The requirement is for a service contract for Labor and Material to perform Preventive Maintenance and Repair on Government owned Lorain Flotrol Rectifiers and related equipment located throughout Marine Corps Base, Camp Pendleton, California for the period 1 April 2002 through 31 March 2003, with the option to extend two additional one year periods. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 97-27 and DAC-14. This is an unrestricted procurement. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the agency. All contractors submitting a quotation are reminded that you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database to be co nsidered for an award. The web cite for that is http://www.ccr2000.com. Award date is anticipated to be on or before 1 April 2002. Proposals are due by 4 PM (PST) on 19 March 2002. Quotes may be submitted by facsimile transmission to 760-725-4346/8445 or via email to Deleonb@pendleton.usmc.mil and Hardybj@pendleton.usmc.mil. Quoters bear the burden of ensuring that all pages of the quote reach the designated office before the deadline specified in this solicitation. The quoter bears the risk of non-receipt of facsimile transmission and should confirm by telephone that the facsimile was received . Facsimile transmission must clearly state the solicitation number and and the name of the Contracting Officer on the first page to ensure proper receipt. Quotes sent via US Postal Service should be mailed to the Regional Contracting Office - SW, USMC, P. O. Box 1609, Oceanside, CA, 92051-1609. Quotes sent by FED EX should be sent to the Regional Contracting Office - SW, Bldg. 22810, MCB, Camp Pendleton, Ca. 92055-5027.
